Michael began his career as an epidemiologist advising Canadian provincial governments on HIV and mental health policy, and has spent the past decade advising private equity and Fortune 100 leadership teams on strategic questions — including at McKinsey & Company and in several in-house roles.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Public Health with a specialty in Health Policy and Management from Queen's and McGill Universities.
